Hello! if you are new to Google+ you may be wondering how to change privacy options for your posts. Since I had already exported a bunch of posts from my blog, I realized they were all private & wanted the fastest way to change them to public. There was no option to edit privacy on what is already posted, so this is the only way to go. Hope this tutorial helps!

Crispy Baked Kale Chips (Easy Healthy Snack Recipe)

If you’re looking for a healthy and tasty way to eat more veggies and fiber, try whipping up some kale chips. These are very easy to make by spraying them with cooking spray and then baking the chips in the oven until they are crispy. This method of cooking retains all the nutritional value of the kale, creating a low-calorie, nutrient-dense snack that is quite beneficial for your health.

Eating kale chips can help with weight management when you substitute them for other high-calorie snacks. One cup of chopped kale contains just 34 calories, and when you make them with cooking spray, it allows you to cut out unnecessary fats.  Switch from a 300-calorie snack to kale chips and you’ll save about 250 calories each time. Do this three times a week, and you’ll lose about 11 pounds a year because of that change alone.

INGREDIENTS
Pam or olive oil cooking spay
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1.5 teaspoon Garlic salt or sea salt
1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried (you can use curly or flat kale)

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Line 2 baking or cookie sheets with foil and spray with your cooking spay. Arrange kale in a single layer(don't overcrowd the leaves because they will start to steam) then lightly press down each coke sheet with the bottom of the other to flatten the kale and make them uniform height as pictured below. Spray kale with cooking spray then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place one cookie sheet on the top rack and the other on the bottom rack of your oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the leaves and switch the cookie sheet from the top rack with the cookie sheet from the bottom rack. Finish baking the kale until crisp, about 20 more minutes. Serve as finger food.

Barbie Puffy 3 Tones Green / G&G Shinny Review & Coupon

This review is my personal opinion on Barbie puffy 3 tones green circle lenses on light eyes :)

COLOR & DESIGN: 5/5
I have always been fascinated with big eyes and and how to enhance them, which lead me to the topic of circle lenses. I was very intrigued and started my research. These Barbie Puffy 3 tone lenses ended up as were my first pair ever! I had to do so much of research before choosing my first pair of circle lenses; but to save your time I am sharing few tips to buying circle lenses. Following these tips you can possibly get the best pair of circle lenses as per your skin tone!

After wearing them just once, I understand why these are so popular in the community. The color of these lenses are so unusual, and quite amazing.

The second I put them on, the first word that popped to mind was 'feline'. These lenses really remind me of cat eyes. They give that very mysterious and alluring feel that feline eyes exude. Pattern-wise, the lenses are not too pixelated or cartoonish - the outer ring is not a thick black line like many other lenses, but is instead a more subtle, thinner ring.

ENLARGEMENT: 3/5
I already have really big eyes and always look for ways to enhance them without looking crazy or having a huge black limbal ring, I really enjoy the effect I get from these. They do not make my eyes look huge but give it that pop.

COMFORT: 5/5
These lenses are very comfortable, some of the best I have ever tried!

NATURALNESS: 4/5
EVERYONE always compliments on my eyes when I wear these circle lenses. They are nicely pigmented and will show up well on ANY eye color which makes them PERFECT for every day wear especially if you are looking to enhance your light eyes (writing from experience).

OVERALL SCORE: 4.5/5
Overall, these are my all time favorite circle lenses because they are ever so LOVELY. I got them in blue as well and you can find the review for it under circle lens reviews category. These lenses come in several other colors and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying any of them!

Water Content:             38%
Base Curve:                 8.6mm / 8.9mm
Type:                           1 year disposal
Prescription:                 0.00 to -5.50

COLOR & DESIGN: 5/5

These are my first pair of blue lenses and because I have never seen myself with different color eyes, I almost did not recognize myself. JK But I was pleasantly surprised. I love the color of these lenses, they're a really pretty blue. The design is natural, subtle, nothing too crazy and perfect for day wear. If you really want a good pair of blue circle lens, I recommend these.

ENLARGEMENT: 3/5

These lenses are a reasonable size, so if you're afraid to try a bigger lens, try this. you can certainly achieve that dolly look with these lenses. Even though I already have really big eyes, these are perfect for a quick makeover without looking like an alien.

COMFORT: 5/5

These lenses are very comfortable, some of the best I have ever tried!

NATURALNESS: 2.5/5

Since this is my first pair of blue lenses & I am really not used to seeing myself with blue eyes, these do not feel natural. However this is NOT A BAD THING. The yellow center allows for a better blend with my green eyes, but not to my 100% satisfaction because I still see some of my green and its looks like a rainbow. I felt sexy and new wearing these lenses, they gave me a brand new sparkly look.

OVERALL SCORE: 4.5/5

Overall I really like these lenses. I've always wanted a blue pair, but didn't know which ones to get. Since I am IN LOVE with my all time favorite Barbie Puffy 3 Tone Circle lenses in green i knew that these would be a great choice as well.

P.S. PinkyParadise is giving my readers a FREE animal circle lens case & mystery GIFT with any purchase! The coupon code can be stacked, If you purchase 3 pairs, you will get 3 lens cases plus 3 mystery gifts. Here is how:

How to add a drop down menu in blogger

Hello here is a tutorial on how to make a custom drop down menu in blogger!

 or

1. Back up your template.
Before we do anything, you need to back up your template. Since we’re editing code it’s really important that you back it up beforehand in case you make any mistakes and need to revert them.
Go to template ---> backup/restore, ---> download full template.

2. Add css coding
Once you have your template backed up, (you should still be on the template tab I circled in the image above) click on the button to “Edit HTML”. Make sure you are scrolled all the way up and look for the bit of code near the top that looks like this:<b:skin>…</b:skin>
Click on the black arrow next to  text that says <b:skin>…</b:skin> to expand it. Make sure you scroll down until you see the next black arrow, all the way down until you find the</b:skin> tag again.

Make a new line BEFORE the </b:skin> line. This is where we’re going to put our first bit of code, just stop before the pink line. SAVE. If you would like to change colors like I did, please copy and paste the below code into word pad or any word document application before pasting it into your css and refer to step 3.

#cssmenu {
  border: none;
  border: 0px;
  margin: 0px;
  padding: 0px;
  font: 67.5% 'Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Bitstream Vera Sans', 'Trebuchet Unicode MS', 'Lucida Grande', Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
  font-size: 14px;
  font-weight: bold;
  width: auto;
}
#cssmenu ul {
  background: #333333;
  height: 35px;
  list-style: none;
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
}
#cssmenu li {
  float: left;
  padding: 0px;
}
#cssmenu li a {
  background: #333333 url('seperator.png') bottom right no-repeat;
  display: block;
  font-weight: normal;
  line-height: 35px;

}
#cssmenu li:hover ul {

3. Colors
If you want to change your menu colors, copy and paste the code above into a word pad or word document (i use my google drive word application) refer to the codes & color chart link below :)
Change ALL the default color codes you see in the html below (I color coded them to make it easier for you to change them) with new ones from here: COLOR CHART LINK HERE

Default menu colors
MENU BACKGROUND:  #333333        (dark grey)
MENU HOVER:              #7777777      (medium grey)
MAIN TEXT:                 #cccccc        (light grey)
HOVER TEXT:               #FFFFFF      (white)

Copy and paste the cc from the word into your css  BEFORE the </b:skin> line. Save. If you think you messed up, you can just restore your template.

_________________________________________________________________________________

4.HTML Coding

In the next step we will be adding html to your site. Go to Layout--->add a gadget--->HTML/ Java script. Take the code below the pink line, copy and paste it into the new window that will pop up. What made it easier for me, was to expand the window so each code <.....> stays on the same line. Change it to your links and titles.As you can see in my follow me line I have #,meaning that the link will not b clickable. If you would like to add more selections just make sure that you have this code before the last item.  <li class='last'> (I will explain more in the video). Save.
menu name
menu destination link
dropdown menu name
dropdown menu link/ destination
